Mechanical, LLC., offers customized preventive maintenance and planned service agreements on gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, refrigeration equipment as well as water heaters, kitchen faucets, toilets, and water pressure regulators. Commercial customers are offered agreements on heaters, compressors and boilers and other equipment. Labor

We offer our customers the option to have the labor charge included on normal maintenance parts installed during any scheduled inspection call. Your permission is always sought before proceeding with any major repairs.

Price Protection

Your agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. Prices will not be raised for following renewal periods without notifying you.
